Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order leaves our facilities.

Delivery times
Delivery in France is estimated at 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary by country. An estimate is provided when the order is dispatched and may be extended by customs procedures.
Customs duties, import taxes and any additional charges applied in the destination country are paid by the customer.
Returns
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Before returning an item, contact contact@ouchini.com with the order number and reason for the request. Parcels returned without prior notice cannot be processed. The return address and instructions will be sent by email.
The item must be returned:
- new and unworn beyond a simple fitting;
- unwashed, undamaged and free from odours;
- with its labels and all accessories;
- with its original protective packaging whenever possible.
Excessive handling that reduces the item’s value may result in a reduction of the refund.
Return costs and risks are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
After the item has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the order. OUCHINI may delay the refund until the item is recovered or proof of postage is received.
Returns are not accepted after the legal period, except for defective products or errors made by OUCHINI.
Defective item or order error
If an item is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, contact contact@ouchini.com as soon as possible with the order number and photographs of the item and parcel.
