Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.

Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number is provided so the customer can follow the parcel.

Orders are shipped to the address supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking that the address is correct before confirming the purchase.

When the carrier confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the stated address, letterbox, pickup point or against signature, depending on the selected delivery method, the order is considered delivered.

If a delivery issue occurs, contact us as soon as possible so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier. Each case is reviewed using the information supplied by the carrier.
